Hypnosis and solution-focused hypnotherapy can support you with challenges such as stress and anxiety, confidence and motivation, sleep difficulties, procrastination, phobias and fears, or building emotional balance.
This may also include support with specific fears (such as fear of flying or dental anxiety), building confidence for interviews, public speaking, and important life events, as well as letting go of old patterns, creating new ones, and strengthening or stabilising changes you have already begun. It can also provide support in reducing the emotional intensity of past memories or experiences and reframing them in a safe and supportive way.

A successful Free Initial Consultation is required before starting the sessions.
- If, during the consultation, it appears that hypnotherapy is not suitable for you, a full refund will be made.

Cancellation Information
Prepaid packages are eligible for a refund only if cancelled before the first session begins.
After the first session, no refunds are available, as your place and time have been reserved for the full package.
