Thank you for choosing Positive Perspective Hypnotherapy for your online hypnotherapy sessions.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any online sessions that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions:

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Positive Perspective Hypnotherapy Marta Watroba.
  • Goods refer to the online therapy sessions offered for purchase on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods (online therapy sessions) from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to positiveperspectivehypnotherapy.com, accessible from https://positiveperspectivehypnotherapy.co.uk/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order for an individual online session, provided that You notify Us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the online therapy session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the session being considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be available.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation request.

Conditions for Cancellations and Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The online session was purchased as a single session and not as part of a package deal.
  • The cancellation request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Sessions that are part of package purchases are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Goods

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Online sessions that are part of a package or bundle purchase.
  • Sessions that were not cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any services that do not meet the above cancellation conditions at Our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Since our services are digital and related to online sessions, there are no physical items to return. However, if applicable, refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the conditions mentioned above.

Gifts

If an online session was purchased as a gift, the refund or rescheduling will follow the same policies. If the session was cancelled according to the conditions, a gift credit or voucher may be issued instead of a direct refund, depending on how the original gift was purchased.
