What Shapes My Work and Approach
My work is shaped not only by my professional background, but also by personal experience. I spent over a decade in education and mental health within London hospitals, where I saw how closely the mind and body are connected.
Life itself has been my greatest teacher. When my mother was diagnosed with a brain tumour, I became her carer and later navigated the grief that followed. That time showed me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder, but about knowing when to pause, rest, and seek support.
Everything I share in my practice is something I live myself. While I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am also a human being navigating life’s challenges. That’s why my work is practical, compassionate, and real. In my sessions, hypnotherapy helps clients access the subconscious mind – where patterns and beliefs are stored – so change can unfold naturally and lastingly.
How You Can Work With Me
I work with people in the UK and abroad – often with those who, like me, live away from their home country.
Sessions are available in both Polish and English, making therapy accessible and comfortable in the language that feels most natural to you.
Most of my work takes place online, so you can join from wherever you are.
At the same time, I also enjoy working locally in Hertfordshire, London, and Cambridge — offering small group hypnotherapy, workshops, hypnosis relaxations sessions and tailored wellbeing sessions for organisations.
For me, it’s about creating safe, calm, and practical spaces where you can pause, reset, and reconnect — whether one-to-one or together with others.
Moments That Matter
I believe that change often begins with the smallest of steps. A walk in nature, a better night’s sleep, or a laugh with someone you love may seem simple, but they are powerful building blocks for resilience. In therapy, we focus on noticing and strengthening these moments, because over time they create bigger shifts that make life feel lighter and more manageable. This isn’t just a belief – research in neuroscience and positive psychology shows that small, repeated positive experiences literally reshape the brain, building new neural pathways that support calm, balance, and well-being.
Outside the Therapy Room
Beyond My Work
After many years in London, I now live in Hertfordshire with my family, while working with clients across UK, and internationally – including Poland, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark.
Outside of my work, I find balance in nature, walks, photography, music, and writing. I also love aromatherapy and dance, which bring me a sense of joy and creativity. At home, I’m a wife, a mum to a teenage daughter, and a dog mum – each role a fascinating and ever-evolving chapter that keeps me learning every day. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me that growth never really stops.
If my approach resonates with you, I’d be glad to meet you and talk about how hypnotherapy might support your next steps.
As I’ve learned in my own life, resilience isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about knowing when to pause, rest, and receive support.
