As a qualified Hypnotherapist, with over 10 years of experience working in the education and mental health sector in London, I offer calm, attentive support with a forward-focused approach.

In our work together, we combine therapeutic conversation and clinical hypnosis, grounded in neuroscience. An important part of the process is also developing a deeper understanding of yourself, in a simple and supportive way. This awareness helps restore a sense of agency and greater calm.

This is not a process focused on repeatedly returning to the past. Nor are these sessions based solely on conversation – hypnosis is also part of the work.

Instead, we focus on what is working, what is possible, and how to take gentle steps forward, at your own pace and in a direction that feels right for you.

The sessions with Marta took place during one of the more challenging periods of my life I was coping with the death of a close friend and coming to terms with my daughter moving out. Sessions with Marta were wonderful. It was an hour for me to relax, which regenerated me incredibly. An hour every week, for 6 weeks, which I had for myself. I will leave what I experienced during these relaxations to myself, but I will only say that it is incredibly worth giving yourself this time. Music, a soothing voice and sometimes even sleep. Although conscious! The relaxation routine stays with me permanently. Although we have finished the process, I still listen to sessions with Marta's voice. I recommend you at least check it out. For me, each subsequent session was better and deeper. And relaxation... It's worth taking care of yourself. Sessions with Marta are a good direction!

What I experienced completely changed my thinking about myself as From session to session, I felt that I could and that I wanted to, I felt more and more confident that if I wanted to, I could I felt more and more strongly that the fear and anxiety about tomorrow were leaving and a new me was waking up, here and now.
