It’s a gentle space to explore how your mind and body respond to stress, and how you can begin supporting yourself with greater awareness and ease.
These sessions are especially for women who:

Each session includes:
- Weekly check-ins (focused on what’s been good or helpful)

- A guided group hypnosis session to support relaxation and confidence
