I’ve been living in the UK for 19 years, with 14 years spent in London and the last five in Hertfordshire. Originally from southern Poland, I came to the UK to explore, learn the language, and experience a different culture. Over time, the UK became my home, where I live with my family—my teenage daughter, husband, and our Maltese dog. We love the tranquillity of our small Hertfordshire town, enjoying long walks in nature, while London remains close to my heart for personal and professional visits.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Small and Medium Enterprise Management. During my time in the UK, I also completed additional training, including safeguarding and school-based professional development courses. These qualifications have proven invaluable, providing a strong foundation for understanding human behavior, creating safe environments, and working effectively with diverse individuals—skills that are highly relevant to my work as a hypnotherapist today.
Professionally, I spent over a decade in the mental health and hospital education sectors in London. This experience taught me the importance of overall well-being—mental, emotional, and physical. Over time, I realized how small, conscious choices shape our lives. This awareness led me to pursue a career in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, a decision influenced by personal events.
After my mother’s diagnosis of a brain tumour (glioblastoma) and her passing, I decided to change direction. This journey of loss and reflection inspired me to deepen my understanding of brain health and seek effective tools for positive change. Hypnotherapy became my focus because of its proven ability to help people create lasting, meaningful improvements in their lives.
Collecting Positive Experiences
I believe that collecting positive experiences is essential. They provide us with a foundation to return to during challenging times—which are a natural part of life. These moments of joy and accomplishment help us navigate difficulties with greater resilience and balance.
As a qualified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (DSFH), I hold UK-recognized credentials and Enhanced DBS certification, ensuring safety and professionalism in my work. Every session I lead is tailored to individual needs and conducted with the highest ethical standards.
On a Personal Note
I’m a person who loves connecting with nature, whether through peaceful walks or moments of intuitive dancing that flow with the rhythm. Photography is one of my creative outlets, and I find joy in capturing life’s beauty. I’m passionate about learning, reading, and exploring new perspectives that enrich my understanding of the world.
I’m drawn to atmospheric places, inspiring events, and soulful music—anything that fosters a sense of calm and well-being. For me, life is about finding what feels good and leaning into it, always discovering new ways to live more consciously and fully.
