I’m inviting you to three quiet, short evenings.
Evenings just for you. Moments that help you soften the pace and step into New Year 2026 with a lighter, steadier inner state. Three evenings of calm. Three moments for your nervous system. Live, in a small group of women. This isn’t just simple relaxation. These are three short sessions that let your body and mind rest, reset and slow down. A gentle pause in a season that often becomes too full.
Why now?
Because the pace around us can feel overwhelming. And sometimes we add that pace ourselves. When that happens, the nervous system works harder, the body tightens and thoughts become quicker. These three evenings offer a moment to release some of that inner pressure.
A little reminder about relaxation
The state I guide you into may feel like deep relaxation, but inside it is actually a calm and focused state. You stay fully aware. You don’t drift off and you don’t lose control. Your mind simply becomes quieter, more organised and able to process things that were building up.
Many women say afterwards:
“I feel lighter. Something softened inside me.”
This is real, physiological regulation – a gentle reset for the nervous system.
What each hypnosis session looks like
We meet on Zoom. After purchasing your spot, you will receive an email with the link.
You settle in for a moment. Maybe with a blanket, a cosy corner, or your headphones. Your camera stays on throughout the session so I know you’re with us. It doesn’t have to be perfect or centred. Just gently visible on the screen.
Microphones stay muted. For around 30 minutes, I guide you into a gentle, regulating state of hypnosis-relaxation.
No pressure. No expectations.
Just a quiet space where each of us turns inward for a moment.

Each session lasts around 30 minutes.
Language
This edition is delivered in Polish.
English-language dates will be added soon.
Price
£45 for all three live sessions.
Safety and important information
Your camera must stay on.
These sessions are not suitable if you:
• have a history of psychosis
• have epilepsy
• have bipolar disorder
• are in an acute emotional crisis
• are under the influence of alcohol or substances
• are under 18
During the session you need to be in a safe place where you can sit or lie down comfortably. You cannot drive, operate machinery or perform any activities that require attention.
