Three Evenings for Your Nervous System
Because each of us needs regulation and rest. In everyday life we are constantly moving, doing, thinking, reacting. The body and mind work for us all day long. These three evenings are an invitation to consciously pause. To experience a moment of calm. To create conditions in which your nervous system can slow down and return to balance. A space to soften tension and allow your body to rest.
Who is this package for
These sessions are for women who find it difficult to relax and slow down, or who experience tension, racing thoughts, and overstimulation. For women who struggle to unwind in the evening, fall asleep, or who wake during the night. For women who need a short, regular reset – a moment just for themselves. And also for those who consciously value relaxation and regulation, and see hypnosis as a form of self-care.
Why hypnosis?
Hypnosis has a real impact on the nervous system, especially on the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which regulates breathing, heart rate, muscle tension, and levels of arousal. In a state of hypnotic focus, the body can gently shift from constant alertness toward greater calm and restoration. It is not a loss of control. It is a state of deep, conscious focus – similar to the moment when you drift into your thoughts and briefly tune out the world around you. You can hear my voice at all times, and you can open your eyes whenever you choose. Many women describe feeling a greater sense of calm, a reduction in stress or anxiety symptoms, and noticeable physical relaxation after the sessions.

How the cycle works
We meet online on Zoom – three times, 30 minutes each, once a week. You join from your own home. You may sit or lie down, wrap yourself in a blanket, and use headphones if you wish. Cameras are on, as this helps create a shared, safe space, yet each of you remains in your own comfort.
For about 25 minutes, I guide you into a calm, regulating state of hypnotic relaxation. There is no pressure and no expectations. It is enough that you are here. This is a small, intimate group of women who, like you, want to slow down for a while and care for their nervous system.
I am a qualified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist in the UK, and I work in line with the highest ethical standards. The hypnosis offered in this format is gentle, relaxation-based, and adapted specifically for group work. The cycles run only a few times a year, as alongside them I also work with clients in 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions.
