Individual Online Hypnotherapy Session
Important: An individual hypnotherapy session can be booked after attending a Free Initial Consultation. The consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss your situation, goals, and whether hypnotherapy is the right form of support for you.
An individual online hypnotherapy session combines a solution-focused conversation with relaxing hypnosis. It is a space where you can pause, gain a fresh perspective on your situation, and consciously strengthen your natural resources and abilities.
During the session, we focus primarily on the present and the future – on what matters to you right now and the small steps you can take in line with your values, needs, and strengths.
Hypnotherapy is not about fixing people. Its purpose is to help you recognise and strengthen what is already working well within you, while supporting you in creating more of the life you would like to experience. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, current circumstances, and goals.
Who Is This Session For?
This session is suitable for people who would like to experience hypnotherapy for the first time after their free initial consultation, as well as for those who have previously completed a package of sessions and would like to continue their personal development journey in a more flexible way.
A single session can be a valuable first step if you would like to explore hypnotherapy, take a pause from the demands of daily life, or receive additional support during a specific period of change or challenge.
It may be suitable if you:
- would like to experience a full hypnotherapy session for the first time,
- want to reinforce the progress made during previous sessions and extend the process with an additional session,
- would like extra support after completing a package of sessions, for example once a month,
- would like to use hypnotherapy regularly as a way of supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing.
If you are looking for a more structured approach towards a specific goal, the 3-session or 6-session packages usually provide greater continuity and more opportunity to reinforce positive changes. You can find information about these packages here.
What Happens During a Session?
Sessions take place online via Zoom. We begin with a conversation, practical education and identifying steps that can support you in moving towards your goals. We then move into a relaxing hypnosis experience tailored to your current needs. At the end of the hypnosis, there is time to gently return to full awareness. We then say goodbye and, if we decide together that further sessions would be beneficial, arrange a suitable date for the next appointment. Many people leave the session feeling calmer and more relaxed, so I intentionally leave space for you to carry that sense of calm into the rest of your day.

Session Availability
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (UK time).
Where possible, session times can be adjusted to accommodate individual circumstances by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Information
- More than 48 hours’ notice: sessions can be cancelled with a full refund or rescheduled to another date.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: no refunds or rescheduling available.
