This may also include support with specific fears (such as fear of flying or dental anxiety), building confidence for interviews, public speaking, and important life events, as well as letting go of old patterns, creating new ones, and strengthening or stabilising changes you have already begun. It can also provide support in reducing the emotional intensity of past memories or experiences and reframing them in a safe and supportive way.

Cancellation Information
Prepaid packages are eligible for a refund only if cancelled before the first session begins.
After the first session, no refunds are available, as your place and time have been reserved for the full package.

Description

Clinical Hypnotherapy is a form of support that combines forward-focused therapeutic conversation with a state of deep relaxation and focus, known as hypnosis. It has nothing to do with stage hypnosis – clinical hypnotherapy draws on knowledge from psychology and neuroscience, as well as research on brain function, to support the process of positive change. In this state, the mind becomes calmer and more open to new patterns, allowing you to make use of the brain’s natural ability for growth and adaptation.

It’s not a one-off session, but a process – a form of therapy and ongoing support – where you choose the direction step by step, in alignment with yourself and what you truly need. With hypnotherapy, you not only give yourself time to relax, slow down, and breathe, but also the opportunity to pause and reflect on how you truly want your life to look.

Research and client results show that online sessions are just as effective as face-to-face ones. This format (online hypnotherapy) is comfortable and convenient – it saves time, but most importantly, it allows you to connect from a place where you feel at ease.
